Win a Rozza Giveaway 2026 — Terms & Conditions

1. Promoter

This prize draw is organised by Espier Ltd, company number 05206598, registered at 33 Mary Seacole Road, Plymouth, PL1 3JY, trading as Rozza.

2. Eligibility

The giveaway is open to UK residents aged 18 or over. Employees of the Promoter, their immediate families and anyone directly involved in administering the draw are excluded.

3. Giveaway dates

The giveaway opens on 23 October 2026 and closes at 11:59pm GMT on 5 November 2026.

Entries received outside this period will not be eligible.

4. How to enter

Visit https://rozza.cooking/pages/win-a-rozza and complete the entry form with your first name and valid email address.

Entry is free. No purchase is necessary. Only one entry per person is permitted.

Subscribing to marketing emails is optional and does not affect entry or the chance of winning.

5. First prize

One winner will receive one Rozza Rotisserie BBQ worth £550.

The prize cannot be exchanged for cash and is non-transferable. The prize will be delivered to an eligible UK address at the Promoter's expense, subject to the delivery arrangements confirmed before launch.

6. Winner selection

One winner will be randomly selected from all eligible entries on 6 November 2026 using a verifiably random selection method.

The Promoter will retain evidence of the selection process.

7. Winner notification

The selected winner will be contacted by email on 6 November 2026.

The winner will have seven days to respond and confirm eligibility and acceptance. The Promoter will make reasonable efforts to contact the winner before selecting a replacement if necessary.

8. Non-winner reward — 25% discount

All eligible entrants who are not selected as the prize winner will qualify for a 25% discount on one Rozza Rotisserie BBQ.

The offer will be available from 00:00 GMT on 6 November until 11:30pm GMT on 8 November 2026.

The normal selling price is £550. With the discount, the price is £412.50, saving £137.50

The following conditions apply:

• The discount applies to the Rozza Rotisserie BBQ only.

• Accessories, additional products and delivery charges are excluded from the discount.

• The offer can be redeemed only once per eligible entrant.

• The discount cannot be combined with any other promotion or discount code.

• The offer is not transferable and has no cash value.

• Eligibility may be verified using the email address entered in the giveaway.

• The offer cannot be redeemed after 8 November 2026.

Access to this reward does not require marketing email consent.

9. Claiming the non-winner reward

The Promoter will make redemption instructions available to all eligible non-winners through a method explained on the giveaway page before the promotion opens.

Marketing emails about the offer will only be sent where appropriate marketing consent exists.

10. Personal information

Personal information will be used to administer the giveaway, verify eligibility, select and contact the winner, and administer the non-winner reward.

Entrants may optionally consent to receive marketing emails from Rozza. This is not required to enter or qualify for the non-winner reward.

Personal information will be processed in accordance with the Promoter's privacy notice and applicable UK data protection legislation.

11. Winner publicity

Information about the winner may be made available where required to demonstrate that the prize has been awarded fairly. The winner can object to publication of their details or request that the information published be limited.

12. General

The Promoter reserves the right to reject fraudulent entries or entries that breach these terms.

Any necessary changes to the promotion will be made fairly and only where justified by circumstances beyond the Promoter's reasonable control.

Nothing in these terms affects participants' statutory rights.
