OUR RETURNS POLICY
Can I cancel my order?
Once your order has been packed, we’re unable to make changes or cancel it. If you need assistance, please reach out to our Customer Service Team right away at info@rozza.cooking to confirm the status of your order.
If your order has already been delivered, don’t worry. Simply send the items back to us in their original packaging and in unused, re-saleable condition within 30 days of receiving them. We’ll issue a refund for the amount you originally paid, excluding the delivery fees
What happens if my order is damaged when I receive it?
If you believe your product to be defective, or that you are entitled to a replacement under warranty, please let us know by emailing info@rozza.cooking, with some photos showing the problem and a short description telling us what is wrong. We’ll get back to you as soon as we can. Please don’t return the item to us until we have confirmed the next steps.
Can I exchange an item?
We’re unable to process exchanges. If you’d like a different item, please send the original product back for a refund and place a new order for the one you want.
How do I arrange the return of an item?
Once you have contacted us we will arrange a collection and will send you the air way bill to attach to the parcel.
Items must be returned to: Unit 6B Manor Farm Business Centre, Manor Farm, Gussage St Michael, Dorset, BH21 5HT
When will I receive my refund?
We will process the refund as soon as possible, using your original payment method. This will be with you no more than 30 days after the returned item has been received at our warehouse.
